Spotlessly clean, amazing staff and fantastic breakfast. A college baseball team was checking in at the same time we were, and the front desk staff did not miss a beat. Wonderful accommodations all the way around!

This is a lovely, clean place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. A nice choice of restaurants near by make it easy to find dining. Its definitely my first choice of accommodations in Hagerstown.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shampoos and lotions were very much appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable with multiple chairs to choose to sit on. The breakfast was excellent and the staff that maintained it was exceptional. Even though it had snowed 8", the parking lot and entrance areas were clean and maintained for safety. We would recommend the Hampton Inn at Hagerstown to friends and family and would stay there again when in the area.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Hagerstown. The staff were very friendly and helpful as one of the maintenance staff workers offered to remove the snow from my car! I also needed to checkout an hour later, since my daughter's surgery was at 12:30 at the surgery center. We did not want to show up too early for that!. It was no problem for the front desk staff to change it from 11am checkout to 12pm.

Our stay was excellent. My husband and I were on a weekend trip out of town. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here. While we were checking in, another guest came up and thanked the manager for the excellent restaurant suggestion. The service is very friendly and professional.

Clean & Comfortable with friendly staff members! Breakfast was impressive with plenty of options to include mini waffle maker or regular waffle maker and lots of toppings for your waffles like regular syrup, chocolate syrups, nuts, sprinkles, and much more. They also had breads, muffins, bagels, fresh fruits, oatmeals, and cooked breakfast of potatoes, bacon or sausage, eggs. We only stayed one night, but I would definitely stay here again. I have stayed at approximately 10 different hotels this month and this one was by far the best one in Hagerstown, Maryland!

Perfect Location for our New Years Eve Stay
Stayed the night after attending a New Years celebration. The staff is always friendly. The coffee, tea or hot chocolate is always available & we take advantage of it! We stay here when in town for events.
