"Very nice. Only drawback is that they don't do breakfast (there is a good kitchen with everything you need if you have supplies). There is a coffee machine and there's a bakery just up the street that was open even on Sunday morning, so it isn't a disaster if you don't come equipped."

"Wonderful stay and very clean! Very Fun to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Cochem. Only caution is there are lots of cigarrette smokers in Cochem city so the smoke comes through open windows. "

"I reviewed this property later in our trip since we stayed hear twice on our European vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and our trip. Would like to thank Helga and family for everything. We loved staying in a place with so much history and away from the hustle and bustle of cities. Thanks again."

"This property is not convenient to where all the action is in this town and is a sketchy part of town off the beaten track. There is NO Air Conditioning at this property, just a fan in the room, if you are on the first floor and open the window, anyone walking past can see straight into your room. There was a lot of guests 'hanging around' in the car park late on Friday night and lots of doors slamming until at least midnight. The room we had was tiny, no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. Felt like a prison. There are many other choices closer to the adorable villages, we only stayed here as it was a last minute choice and all that was available. "
