Good value for money, quiet clean safe neighborhood. Mall close by for food and entertainment. Can walk or take a Grab to the city center and back. Tidy little apartment unit, kitchen cabinets could use some maintenance, but otherwise useable kitchen with fridge, microwave.

Good size studio but there was a smell of sewage , air conditioner was noisy and some small ants crawling near the sofa!
