It was easy to book transfer from airport since we were getting there late. The hotel is in a small alley, and they guide us in from our taxi. The instruction were very clear. Soon after booking we received a helpful communication pack with offers of trips from the hotel. These were fairly priced so we booked a HaLong bay trip in advance of arrival which included a complimentary airport pickup. This was most welcome after a long journey from Manchester.
