特に愛想もなく挨拶もこちらがしないと返ってこないですが施設自体は特に問題はなく快適です。１２時ぐらいにチェックインしてのですがお知らせしていたらそれ以降でも大丈夫そうでした。ホテルの外の騒音も聞こえはしますが特に問題はありませんでした。

OMG horrible. Just don't, trust me, don't.

Where do I begin, every step was an awful experience and the room service seafood made me sooo sick, sicker than I have been in years. They are shady dishonest bad people through and through!

깨끗하지만 시설은 좀 오래되어 보임.

Vic mart와 쇼핑센터가 걸어가기는 애매한 위치이고 택시(30,000vnd)타기는 좀 짧은 위치해 있고, 주변에 먹을 곳이 마땅하지 않음. Van Cao 에서는 택시로 15분 정도 거리 멀지 않은 곳에 한국음식점과 편의점이 있음, noi bai airport 가는데 Call Tax로 3시간 정도 걸림.

1~2성급 안전x 직원x 분위기x

6층인데도 불과하고 창문에 펜스등 안전장치가 전혀 되있지 않더군요 높이도 제가 키가 큰편이 아닌데 허리에 딱 걸치더군요 상당히 위험하게 느꼈고 방은 생각보다 좁고 분위기도 어두침침한게 별로더군요 무엇보다 돈 뜯을라고 트집을 잡는데 어이가 없더군요 수건에 뭘 좀 묻혔더니 안지워지는것도 아니고 세탁하면 될것을 3달러를 달라하더군요 기분이 나쁘지만 돈지불하고 4성급 호텔이 서비스가 이정도 밖에 안되냐고 했더니 객실 올라가자마자 전화가 오더군요 컵하나가 안보이던데 깨트린거 아니냐고ㅎㅎ 컵은 비린내나서 구석에 놓고 쓰지도 않았는데 직원들 썩을대로 썩었더군요 한국사람이나 외국사람만 보면 돈 뜯을라고 하는 후진국 클라스 다시는 이런 2성급도 안되는 모텔 예약할일 없을듯 합니다 3.5~ 4성급 호텔 아닙니다 1~2성급 모텔입니다.

This is not good hotel to stay, even im smoker i still not able to handle the smell of the cigarette smoke inside the room when i check in The hotel is just good looking at ground & first floor, everything else is very old

I stayed here briefly before leaving on a ferry to Cat Ba. The hotel is located close to the airport, on the main road leading to it. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has seen better days, but overall the was in decent condition. The breakfast was decent, a combination of Asian and Western dishes.

I stayed in this hotel from Sep 7 for 5 nights. TV is broken (No picture only sound), shower holder doesn't hold the head, and the room was not clean at all. NO MAINTENANCE AT ALL.

편의 시설만 빼면 만족스럽네요.

객실과 서비스는 나쁘지 않았으나 편의시설이 홈페이지 내용과 달랐어요. 마사지나 스파는 이용객이 만이 없어 제대로 운영되지 않는듯 했고 수영장은 유료라 이용객이 더 없는 것 같더군요. 결국 이용해 보지못했답니다. 편의 시설을 이용하실 생각이라면 권해 드리고 싶지 않네요. 하지만 직원들도 친절하고 위치가 시내와 가깝기 때문에 불편은 없었습니다.
