Hello! I am offering a private room in a beautiful, newly built (March 2023) home for individuals needing a temporary place to stay. The home has the amenities needed for professionals including, a Smart TV, blackout curtains, smart ceiling fans, and a coffee maker.

- Leasing is at least 30 days, approximately $40 per day (Lowest value in the area)
