The staff was super and the breakfast was really good. Our main issue was air quality in our room. There was no way to remove humidity or get fresh air into the room. It was dank. Eventually we propped open the door to the room.

The woman at the front desk was so kind explaining everything to me, check in was super easy, breakfast was great, and my room was SO stylish. This was probably the cutest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling Europe. It’s extremely close to Liseberg amusement park and Scandinavium. The tram is very close too!

All the staff were super. Ate Breakfast, Lunch and Tea there and was very impressed. Receptionist stayed up late to welcome me and remembered my name which was a lovely personal touch - would stay again any time!

Wonderful 3 day visit. From the very start, meeting Maria in reception, the friendliness and service was superb. When we couldn't ski, the absolute best experience was the 10km mt bike trip with free bikes from the hotel. One question we couldn't get answered was why some people in the restaurant ...
