Friendly staff and great communication via WhatsApp before and after check-in. It’s definitely a Japanese-style bed (firm for us Westerners) and limited/tight parking, but everything else was fantastic. The private hot spring-fed outdoor wooden tub was a great bonus.

Our ryokan was super cozy, ultra clean, full accommodation. Onsen was great and very relaxing. View was heavenly. They had complementary breakfast in the fridge. Special thanks to Fu who was a quick text away, super quick in responding. He took care of our transportation and recommendations for sightseeing. He went above and beyond and made our stay in Hakone super memorable.

Super cozy!

Amazing service, staff is very nice and offers shuttle service to any place you might like in the city. Cabin is great, offers dvd, stocked fridge and complete kitchen.Try to reach the hotel for shuttle service upon arrival to Gora Station. Public transport can be hazardous when carrying luggage.

Clean, good hospitality. Pictures dont match.

The staff was very nice and went out of their way to accomodate an early arrival. The unit was clean and spacious. It was a little out dated compared to what the pictures indicate. Could use a better heating system. We appreciated the complimentary once a day shuttle service and also the breakfast that they provided.

Newly renovated, spacious, location close to Pola museum, walkable from bus station. Was provided eggs, bread and juices in fridge which was a pleasant surprise. However, tried calling before check in a few times but couldn’t get through to anyone.

My friends and I booked a 1 bedroom with an onsen and it was INCREDIBLE. We got way more than we were expecting- the room was like a small condo. Great bathroom set up, full kitchenette, living room with tons of movies to pick from- everything worked! The onsen was amazing, private patio/balcony- tree screen for privacy. The staff was fantastic as well- the manager- set us up with a messenger app incase we needed anything during our stay- even dropped my friends and I off at gora station when we checked out. Very attentive. 45 minutes from hokane-yumoto station.

残念の客室露天風呂と寒い室内

期待を裏切られました。 まず立地が箱根の山の林の中なので眺望はなしです。駐車場は敷地内の路肩です。 チェックインのやり方がわからず電話をするとスウェット姿の中国人が話し方や態度は丁寧ですが一泊6万円とは思えない状況でした。 建物は5軒続きのロッジでメゾネットタイプ。1階が玄関、リビング、キッチン。地下に寝室、バス、トイレ、露天風呂があります。 客室露天風呂は木製の浴槽に錆びた蛇口から温泉が出ますが温度調整が出来ないので、熱すぎてゆっくり入る事が出来ませんでした。なぜ水で温度を下げるようにしていないのか謎です。また、エアコンの室外機があるので、雰囲気もよく無い。 寝室はエアコンが殆ど効かないので冬場は寒くてたまりません。布団も冷たくて靴下を履いて寝ないとダメなくらい。 全体的に部屋は広い方ですが、あまり作りや雰囲気はよく無いです。 食事は朝食をセルフで作るタイプで、敷地には自動販売機もなく不便です。 総評としては二度と行こうとは思わない宿です。 せめて客室露天風呂だけでも改良すれば良いと思いますが、現状ではだめです。

추웠음..

직원들은 친절하나 숙소 자체가 너무 추웠음. 추가로 전기히터를 가져다주었으나 그로 인해 오히려 두꺼비집이 계속 떨어져서 추운 밤을 보냄. 여름에는 어떨지 모르겠지만 겨울에는 추천하지 않음.
