She put him in his place with her knowledge and experience. My opinion was that it was extremely well run. Immaculate. As for the manager, he was coached by a Corporate type, who was present just before the manager tried to criticise the staff. Loved the hotel, "

"The property is definitely dated, but v clean. Needed a place to stay for a local race which required 3 nights accommodation. Price was right, and then I was also informed at check in that bc the pool wasn’t open, I would be receiving an additional discount. Nice! Staff were wonderful, and provided me a lot of detail about what amenities were on site, AND the restaurant was open until 10pm which was great! Bed was comfy, loved having a balcony overlooking the little pond in front of the property. Parking and room access was easy, and room was well-equipped with a fridge and toiletries. Also the softest towels I’ve ever experienced at a hotel! Would love to come back in the summer with my kiddo to explore the area and facilities further. "
