Best Western Pembroke Inn & Conference Centre

"Very friendly staff, great restaurant and amenities. Rating at a 4 because of total mess up with room payment. I had reserved 4 rooms for our group of 7 and we paid for rooms in pairs, one couples room was double booked (they walked in on guests) the hotel then assigned them a different room at a discounted rate which they paid. When I received my credit card statement, is when I realized I was charged for both our room and the other discounted room that was wrongfully booked, we are still trying to sort things out with this mixup."

"Great building and amenities. My unit did have this light clicking noise every other second that seemed to be coming from the lamp, which I wasn't able to stop, which made it hard to sleep. Other than that I'd be happy to go again."
