Cute basement apt

My mum and I were very comfortable in this basement apt It was actually a bit roomier than it appears in the photos, and nicely decorated. Unfortunately we arrived just after an ice storm and the steps down to reach the door were quite treacherous. No attempts were made to clear the ice during our 4 night stay. Otherwise all was good.

This listing was a great location as almost everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The only downside was that it was a little hot inside (stayed in August) but other than that it met our needs. The host had great communication and the locals were some of the friendliest people you could ever meet.

Do not stay here, the price is not worth it. The laundry was unaccessable (and they did not help when we asked them for it), the parking costs far more than a week long permit from the city, the bathroom door did not lock, and the dishes were not clean on arrival.

L’espace était propre et confortable. L’emplacement est idéal. Le propriétaire a été très prompt à répondre et à fournir les accessoires manquants. Toutefois l’insonorisation est minime, on entend les gens marcher et la douche couler à l’étage au dessus. Aussi un complément à la batterie de cuisine serait désirable i.e un bol à salade, une spatule à œuf et des verres. Je recommande tout de même l’endroit.
