"Très bel hôtel. L’emplacement près du bord du port est très pratique malgré le bruit des camions qui se dirige vers le port des 6 heures le matin. Très propre. Le restaurant adjacent à l’hôtel est très décevant. La piscine était non fonctionnel et quand j’ai réservé cela n’étais pas mentionné. Très décevant surtout que j’avais réservé cet hôtel à cause de la piscine intérieur."

Best Western Plus Chocolate Lake Hotel

Best Western Plus Chocolate Lake Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was great as usual ! My entire family from New Brunswick and Nova Scotia were there for a funeral service . We ate at the restaurant and the food and waitresses were fantastic! However , the bartender in the bar was not so much. My son in law and new granddaughter were looking for a quiet place to have a bottle. He asked the bartender if it was ok that he gave his daughter a bottle in quiet? She told him kids were not allowed in the bar and they had to leave . After dinner we were all saying our goodbyes to each other . There was only one other group sitting down eating . The bartender came storming through the restaurant saying quite loudly that she needed to get through and clear a path for her ? She wasn't carrying anything and only walked to the kitchen and came back out empty handed ... this was noticed by other people in our group because she was quite rude to our group. I don't usually complain however I have stayed in this hotel many times before and have always had a good stay. This left a sour taste in my mouth, it was a sad time for us because of the funeral and this bartender made us shake our heads. Other than those incidents the hotel was amazing !"
