"Room was exceptional and so clean. Loved the Aesop touches. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good but not included in price of room stay. Amenities amazing but lacked a communal shower in spa area near steam room and sauna which isn’t great for hygiene. The speakeasy bar is a great touch! Delicious and well made cocktails. "

"Parking is awful. Close and convenient but gotta pay to go in and out it is not a set rate. They say it’s $30 a day but leave out the fact you can’t come and go . "

"Terrible stay. Visitors should be told there is huge construction going on next door - don’t plan on sleeping past 7:00am. Construction will not be complete until 2027. After a full day of activities, returned at 5:00pm to a room that had not been cleaned. Continual line up of people at front desk complaining - from noise, room cleaning, room temperatures, etc. Staff were not helpful and all seemed to be working from a different hand book. Do not recommend !!!"

"I had to search several floors for ice buckets as the stuff lockers on 2 different floors had none. When I did find some the plastic bags were missing. Then I had to get back in the elevator as there are only ice machines on 2 specific floors. I didn’t expect getting ice could be so difficult."
