"My only two complaints were that first, our bathroom sink was clogged and the water took a long time to drain. And secondly, and I know this is not the hotel's fault, but there was an absurd amount of noise coming from kids being rambunctious, running down the halls and such. In the room above us, they were jumping off the bed onto the floor up until 11:00 at night both nights we were there. My daughter had a hard time falling asleep, it was so loud. Sometimes it was so bad the walls would shake. Again, I know it's not the hotel's fault, but it made for an unpleasant experience. "

"Very clean room and well maintained with great temperature setting that made it comfortable. Business friendly."

"When we first went into our room we found that we could not close the curtains. They sent someone to the room and they were able to fix them. The toilet in our room was very low in height. Best of luck with that if you have issues with your knees. The pillows were uncomfortable. There was mold on one of the walls in the very small bathroom. The people next to us were going from room to room slamming doors along the way until 3 am. The "included continental breakfast" eating area was nice, though there was a sign on each table stating that if you want bacon with your breakfast the cost is an additional $5, and an additional $6 for sausages. Underground parking on site was an an additional $27 and was convenient with an elevator that goes to each floor of the hotel. We will not return to this hotel. "

"The window facing the. Road in room 310 leaks causing the carpet to get wet. Can not walk in this area. Eventually this issue will create damage and mold "

"Excellent food service. Room clean but not comfortable nor user friendly. Parking availability was far too difficult. Staff was welcoming. For those who like to relax in the room, this is not the place. Probably won’t return. "
