"The trailer seemed much older than in the pictures, but it suited our needs for the week as we went back and forth to Big Bend NP. The hostess was very responsive and checked on us as one of the nights/mornings were very cold. We enjoyed walking around the property with the cactus starting their blooms. The Milky Way and dark sky area was the main reason to reserve this property. Our daughters have been wanting to capture it since they were little and it did not disappoint. Thank you for the great memories! "

"Highly recommend this wonderful home! We spent 2 weeks and easily could live there! Everything was provided. Took about 1/2 hour to get to Big Bend gate. No matter to us. If we can make it back this way we will definitely rent this place again. Thank you, Bob"

"This is, hands down, my favorite VRBO in which I have ever stayed. You cannot beat this view. The stars are absolutely incredible and you can watch them while sitting around a campfire. And that's if you don't want to take a micro-hike to a star viewing platform. We opted to spend a day at the house relaxing rather than heading back into the park. We read, painted, and watched the colors change on Crystal Mountain as the day progressed. And the silence is as golden as the sunlight that paints the mountains.We have stayed with this host before and had a great experience. They are responsive to inquiries. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked--use those nice Corksicles with lids that they thoughtfully provide to keep the flies out of your tequila!May your visit here have the stars shining as strongly as they did for us (book in a new moon, a full moon washes them out!), and may you also have a gorgeous sunset and sunrise. "
