"Clean facility. Has all the basics you need. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. I have no complaints. In the heart of Waikīkī so you have no issues of getting where you need to go or finding what you want and need. Would stay again "
"It was great however pool and beach amenities were short based on the demand. It was hard to find available pool chairs at the pool and at the beach they should by available from free, like most of other top resorts.

"It has its pros and cons. We thought they would have laundry departments in the hotel, but they did not! You would have to pay almost $60 to get your laundry washed and dried from cleaners nearby. And parking daily would be around $50 day and night."
"Waikiki Beach offers some of the best beach access, and I always choose to stay at the Outrigger, Moana Surfrider, or the Royal Hawaiian. Each of these hotels has its own unique charm. The Outrigger consistently provides better prices than the other two and has a wider variety of dining options. It's also just a short walk to the water. The staff is always excellent, but let’s be honest: all Hawaiian people are gracious and thoughtful. I highly recommend the Outrigger, especially since my family travels to the Hawaiian Islands almost every year. Additionally, their car service for parking is top-notch, while the Moana Surfrider can be a real hassle when it comes to parking your car or retrieving it."
