"Great rental property close to Southampton town. Easy access to Route 27. Walking distance to Tate’s (10 minutes) and downtown (15-20 minutes). 10-12 minute drive to Coopers Beach. House was clean, updated, and well supplied. Having two en-suite king rooms is a real plus as well. Fenced in backyard great for traveling with pets. Would not hesitate to stay again."

"Went to stay in SouthHamptons and booked in March for my trip in August. The price was much lower than some of the other placed I was concerned. The place was excellent location. The only issue I have was that we were so busy during our stay that we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or outside of the property. The Host was great and freindly I hope the place is available when I go bock."

Communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish, with quick responses and clear instructions that made everything easy. We really enjoyed our time and would happily stay here again. "Amazing stay overall. The house was spotless and clearly well cared for. The location was hard to beat, just a short walk into town with shops and restaurants right there, and we were able to bike straight to the beach in no time. The host was responsive and easy to work with, and the whole place had a comfortable, welcoming feel. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient spot close to everything."

"This house & property were beautiful! We enjoyed such a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Manor. Communication with the host was great - extremely responsive, transparent, and helpful. The location is amazing. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a huge plus. The house itself is so stunning and feels like an oasis. The yard & pool area is perfect for enjoying long days outside in the sun. Loved this trip so very much and would love to come back!!"
