Parking seemed safe, well-lit at night. Room was clean. Caulking around tub needs to be replaced. It was a nice comfortable stay!

The remodel of Valley River iInn is wonderful. Nice to be able to return to this motel that we’ve enjoyed for so many years in the past. Room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return on our next trip to Eugene. Go Ducks!!

We have stayed at this Motel many times over the years and it's always been clean and welcoming. The only feedback I have regarding this stay is there wasn't adequate bedding - a sheet and thin blanket led to us cranking up the heat in the room. Otherwise 5 stars.
