"Clean room, helpful staff. My only complaints were that they advertised a pool available and since it was a heatwave, I looked forward to a cool plunge. Pool was either non existent or perhaps part of construction project on the property. Also, the A/C was either not working or the room didn't have one. However the window opened so I still got enough cool air to have good night sleep."

"A really nice hotel, we used for a stop over to break our journey with 2 young children and the room was great, really big with two huge comfortable beds, also a fridge and sink. Reception staff were very helpful when we needed extra bedding and coffee in the room. Would definitely recommend and use again if in the area!"

"My son and I stayed for just one night whilst travelling to the North of The Netherlands. The hotel is convenient for the motorway. Check In was very straightforward and all the information we needed was provided. The room was in a separate annexe adjacent to the hotel and was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The centre of Bergen, which was only 10 minutes walk away, has a wide selection of bars and restaurants. Overall i was very happy with our stay. The only downside was that our room was on the top, third, floor of the annexe and the stairs were narrow and steep and difficult to access whilst carrying bags. I have a long standing knee injury which makes matters worse. There is no lift. It would have been helpful to know about the access issues at the time of booking so that i could have requested a ground floor room. Hopefully the hotel management will see fit to amend the information on the website."

"Very clean, comfortable and modern rooms. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Only 2 issues, parking is 10 Euros per night and the double beds are 2 singles pushed together so couples are separated by the risky crevice between the 2."
