"Well it looked great as far as I could see checked in very late around 11pm or so due to just landing at the Toronto airport. Also had to check out on Sunday at 6:00am to return to airport for flight back home Cleveland Ohio after one week on a cruise. "

"Everything was nice. The only problem was the room bathroom smelt like pee when we first checked in. Also, I only parked for one day. I got a pass. The staff at that time said just return this tomorrow so you don’t get changed a second day. So on the second day I returned in very early and explained to the staff what I was told about returning the ticket. I gave it to him and he said he would take care of it. Well upon check out it said I didn’t return anything and I was changed two days. The staff was nice and took the second day off but the first staff completely dropped the ball. "
