Overall, a good experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities generally very good. Comfortable room and the housekeeping staff were great. Gym was adequate - could do with some free weights suitable for women - the ones there were too heavy to lift. Running machine was out of action all week disappointingly.
Area surrounding the hotel is not very pleasant especially at night and there is major construction work ongoing right outside the hotel.

"Once inside the hotel bedroom things were fine; the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, ours had a lovely view out across the river. Despite initial problems with our booking (a lot of confusion due to a mix up of duplicate surnames) the reception staff were apologetic and all turned out well ..."
