"Så obekväma sängar att vi blev tvungna att avbryta vår vistelse och bo på annat hotell. rygg och höfter slutade göra ont efter 2 dar. personalen pratade mycket begränsat med engelska, handdukar saknades men vi fick till slut 2 trådslitna väldigt små handdukar efter väntan, gestikulerande och google translate. de funkade inte alls å ha på stranden men lika bra för stranden här var jättesmutsig. "We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. The resort offers great amenities, and we especially enjoyed the pool and the scenic views. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area."

"The hotel looked amazing as you arrived and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were checked in quickly and they helped us to our rooms. Unfortunately one of the pools was being repaired but we had no issues getting past it. The breakfast was great with a good selection of Vietnamese and European dishes. The one point they are lacking is beach access. There is access via a set of very dangerous and slippery steps which should be fixed as they are a hazard waiting for someone to fall over. This was not enough to warrant reducing the overall score of the resort. Great job guys we loved the resort."

"Esthetically a cute place. The staff s very friendly at reception and at the restaurant. The room was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The layout of the place is disappointing though, the restaurant and pool are at the front of the resort so you totally miss the ocean view and breeze if you stay there. The beach area is not very well maintained and there is no food service there. I ended up paying to use the pool next door because it was designed well. They had a pool, restaurant, beautiful, well groomed lounge spaces. The owner should take some tips and renovate the beach area. I can’t understand why the pool and restaurant are at the front of the hotel and have zero ocean view."

"My superior sapa room was lovely, clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, great shower and the decor all very tropical. Staff were excellent- helpful, attentive, friendly and spoke English. Restaurant had a full menu with both western and Vietnamese options to suit everyone. Breakfast is included and again has lots of options. The resort is beautiful and kept impeccably clean. The ocean did have a bit of litter in it but that went away once the winds picked up. Really enjoyed my stay here. "
