"Wonderful and helpful staffs made our Okinawa vacation special. Restaurant Orange provided gluten free meals for us! Breakfast buffet also has many gluten free options and they were delicious!!! Our room was in Anex which has its own washing machine. Thank you!! Room was clean and large, I loved the balcony sipping morning coffee."

"Pros: The hotel was conveniently located for my purposes. Good nearby restaurants, ferry, airport, and a short walk to Kokusai Dori. Decent breakfast although expensive compared to nearby options. Efficient check out. Cons: Staff is not proficient in English. I had to make my own dinner reservations and figure out several things on my own. No bell service. The pool, although appealing, has so many restrictions it took me 5 minutes just to read them all. Pool Bar staff were very stale and unengaging. No early check in or upgrade even though I have Platinum status. A generic stay although the location made up for shortcomings . I found charging guests for night use of the pool preposterous. I requested a wake up call and they said they don’t provide that simple service. Overall an average stay."
