Fantastic hotel in a great location. Comfy beds and pillows and helpful staff. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the bar in the evening and sampling the amazing cocktails.

Novotel Hamburg Central Station
Staff was excellent—efficient and helpful, especially in Mysa, particularly Nay Krause and Ada. Only criticism is the bathroom sink area does not allow space for toiletries, shower was difficult, sink would not close.
