"There was 4-5 inches of snow on walk entering building, when asked if they were aware of snow build up at entry staff shrugged and apologized. Room was clean, no coffee pot or cups in room. I turned up heat when I arrived around 6pm, took 3 hours for temp to rise 2 degrees. There was no warm/hot water for bathing that evening or following morning."
