147 km north of Helsinki, lake Avusjärvi about 100 m away (length about 2 km, width about 1 km), shallow, first sanded beach, then muddy bottom, a pier, own boat and 4 sit-on-top kayaks.

Wooden villa built in 2014, living room-kitchen, three bedrooms, double bed in each, small toilet-washroom and utility room.

Yard sauna (90 m to the lake) beside the main building, built in 2021.

On the shore there is a separate barrel sauna with wood-heated stove and cauldron use on summer time (1.5.-30.9.). There is no running water in the sauna (water has to be carried from the lake).

Hot tub available, but not in winter time (frost). The customer fills, retrieves firewood from the barn, heats, empties and washes a hot tub, committing to strictly following the instructions given by the owner, during the frost period requires special care. Hot tub must be filled in two rounds (otherwise the well will empty too fast and there won't be enough water for the shower, dishwasher, etc).

The rental price includes the hot tub on the beach, which can be filled with lake water with the help of a pump, and firewood. The customer fills, retrieves firewood from the barn, heats, empties and washes a hot tub, committing to strictly following the instructions given by the owner, during the frost period requires special care.
Note Palju is NOT used in the hardest winter frosts due to the risk of freezing.
