"Our room was spacious and clean. Although the gym was small, it was perfect for what our needs were. The breakfast buffet was just as perfect in the morning. We were able to do a small laundry from our previous few days of travel also. The CVS across the street was also a bonus! We didn't utilize the pool, but in the winter, I'm sure a heated pool would have been great. The quietness in the lobby was nice as well as the variety of snacks available. The front desk was so accommodating when we arrived early. Thanks so much for a great stay during our college visit to UNH!!"

"Check-in was easy and front desk staff was very nice - friendly, professional, and welcoming. The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and there were plenty of towels. Breakfast was good, housekeeping staff was quite courteous and accommodating, and check-out could not have been simpler. I'd definitely stay again, and I will be recommending it to friends/family. "

"From the moment we walked in, we were aware of the quiet and calm atmosphere. We were immediately drawn to the back deck with the warm igloo that overlooks the bay, causing a serene ambiance. The entire property is well taken care of and it is obvious Andra is meticulous with her provisions--from amenities to essentials. Andra communicated with us well--giving us all the info we needed to check-in, check-out, and what we needed in between. She offered immediate response if something was amiss during our stay, but of course, nothing was. It took but a moment to shred the cares of the world and to sink into the peacefulness of this property. We plan on going back soon!"

"The water was super hot, was able to have a nice bubble bath and there was a separate heater in the bathroom. Although I wasn't there to shop, the outlets and restaurants are very close by. "
