"There are nice hotels, and there are historical hotels - this one is both. We booked two rooms for a girls night celebration and we could not be happier. Staff is above and beyond helpful. We were treated to a private viewing of the dome room. History is just oozing from this Seattle treasure. The included breakfast buffet is an extra bonus. Highly recommend!!"

"It was an older property but it was clean and the staff were very helpful. Very close to the Westlake train stop which made it very convenient. The complimentary bottles of water were very appreciated after the train trip from the airport."

"I stayed three nights at the Mediterranean Inn. Upon check-in, I asked if they had a "nice room "for me. They delivered with a fifth floor west facing view of the Seattle waterfront. Rooms have been updated at some point and were super clean. Great, useful amenities: excellent espresso machine, real mugs and glasses, a dish towel!, microwave and refrigerator. My only complaint was that the refrigerator was not very cold. But I could supplement with ice from down the hall. The front desk staff was usually quite busy, but always friendly. The lobby is from a somewhat earlier era, but had lots of nice couches and chairs for relaxing and sociability. As a solo traveler, I really appreciate that."

"Only one side of the bed has a charging station. The way-small room was otherwise well designed, and the controls were intuitive. But the room really makes one feel crunched, even with ample staging areas for items plentiful in terms of available square footage. You just feel confined. Also, our room looked out on a wall, which may have affected the sense of size . But clever items abound throughout the main hotel space!"
