"Very happy with this stay, I wish every hotel had grounds like this. There is a huge live oak on the grounds and a very nice looking swimming pool that we didn't use. Amazingly peaceful and we loved the screened porch and water features. Yes the inside is dated and shows its age a little, think Golden Girls era, but it was clean and spacious. All the amenities you need are provided, and there are walking trails and bike rentals. It's in a lovely little area with a lot of shaded paths. Overall this was one of my favorite stays. Would definitely return. "

"This was a golf outing trip and visit to watch the TPC up in Jacksonville. The condo is excellent! Clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It's perfectly located on the pond - which I prefer over the beach front - and just a quick 2-minute walk across the parking lot to the beach. Check-in could not have been easier and communication with Amy was outstanding! Definitely a 10/10!!!"

"The house was very pet friendly which was very important to us. We did not use the pool because the weather was quite cold during our stay. The pool lanai was a bit small and did not have much comfortable seating. The house worked well for us though. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the appliances worked very well. We liked the neighborhood and were able to walk our dog easily every day. The owner was very responsive when we contacted her with questions. "

"My stay was very enjoyable! The property was extremely clean and everything was in place. The only hiccup was not being able to access the front door due to someone leaving the deadbolt locked. After a call to the property management, they gave me the garage code to enter. Once that was settled, the remainder of my stay was absolutely perfect! Highly recommended!!!"
