do not stay here . run!! old, falling apart, faulty plumbing, in room weed smokers day and night, inches thick of dirt on walls, light switches and floors. broken hairdryer. hot breakfast was microwaved freezer burnt tatertots snd sausages. broken waffle maker, weak coffee. room numbers written with marker. door jamm not proper, hall lights, noise coming into bedroom. gym room wouldn't unlock, even with new card. thin, blood stained towels. new towels left on dirty floor. i need to stress, nothing was clean!!!!! even the ceilings were stained. i could keep going, but the entire property should be gutted. shame to use the wyndham name.

I liked where it was located. I liked that it was clean inside. The diagonal parking situation was not ideal, but it wasn't a big deal. I like that there was a pool even though we didn't use it on this visit. Most of the staff were great. There was only one staff member that took a customer in line that came up after I did. That annoyed me and was rude.

The only dislike I have with this hotel are the room doors. There is a huge gap at the bottom of the door and a gap between the locks and frame. It’s not a huge problem, but we all know that buildings and our homes shift. This maybe a point of concern.

It was so unacceptable the rug was wet so iwas moved me to a room with full size beds and i originally had a double queen bed didn't want to say anything cause my kiss didn't want to be moving to room to room

We came for 1 night to go watch a show at the hard rock and we got into our room and there was public hair in the bath tub like someone had just shave in it. And when we went to bed the sheets were wet. When we went to ask for more sheets in front desk the man did not know where they were and we had to wait 20 min and we changed the sheets. Walking around the facility, garbage, alcohol bottles, condoms, hypodermic needles…Not a very great stay

We just got here and I seriously considered taking a loss and trying to find another hotel. I don’t know if it was just our room but our room was terrible. It stinks so bad that I plan on getting Febreeze for the room tomorrow. It’s dirty, the kind of dirty that’s hard to ignore. You can easily tell areas that haven’t been touched let alone cleaned. Found an empty water bottle that wasn’t ours on the floor next to the nightstand if that tells you anything. Maybe they just have a terrible cleaning staff. I’ve stayed in cleaner motels. Didn’t know it wasn’t in a rough neighborhood but I honestly expected better. I’m hoping our stay gets better, I’m glad we’re at least only here to sleep. Front desk guy was very nice though. But we definitely could have found a better hotel for the price.

We came to visit for a show at Horseshoe Casino. This hotel is about 12 min drive from the casino. It’s what you expect from a Days Inn. It seems like there have been some updates. It is fine for a quick night away.

I must say I was surprised when we pulled up to this location..the pictures are a bit deceiving honestly..I thought the location was WAY NICER than it actually was..don’t get me wrong there’s potential to be a VERY nice hotel but it needs some serious upgrades and cleaning was very lackluster. The room smelled clean and looked neat..bed was comfortable..but upon further inspection the floors had stains that looked old and cleanable and there was hair all over the bathroom..there was also a lot of noise throughout the halls and random Kids roaming the hallways. We were only there on an overnight trip so we got in and out but I’ll be honest and say had we been staying longer, I probably would’ve been trying to find another location. Wasn’t TERRIBLE..just NOT GOOD compared to many places we have stayed and we travel frequently. Hope it gets better soon!
