The hotel was surprisingly quiet for being located so close to the boardwalk, an excellent location. The room was simple, neat and clean, the staff very pleasant and helpful. Parking onsite was appreciated. I would recommend the Surf House to other travelers and would happily stay there again.

Been going to Hampton Beach for years and this is the place to stay. Super clean modern room awesome shower. You are assigned a parking spot so no guessing. Staff greeted us - very professional always cleaning and sweeping. Awesome pool with towels to use. Their photos are exactly what you get. Five star stay definitely. Can't wait to go back.

It was very clean and a great location! Update room was very nice. Only problem was the hot water… it took a looooonnnnggggg time for the water to warm up for the shower. For some reason it helped when you turned on the water in the bathroom sink as well. Other than that- great place to stay. My 25 year old daughter and I loved it.

It was pretty quiet other than occasional traffic noise. It’s a very short walk to the boardwalk. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Kitchen space is very small but cookware and dinnerware were in the room. The fridge is decent sized. We were able to cook a few meals in the room.

The room was very clean. The property was fantastic. It was too cold to use the pool but both the pool and pool area were amazing. Loved that we had two chairs on the deck outside of our room that faced the pool to sit and relax on. Staff was amazing especially the manager (forgot her name). The Surfhouse a very short walk to the ocean and everything!!! We will be staying again. Book it you will LOVE it!!!!

It was a great location near restaurants and Hampton Beach and very comfortable and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we would definitely visit again. The hinges on the bathroom door need some WD40 and the coffee and hot water for the tea in the Keurig tasted like chlorine. Small fixable things that did little to interfere with a great time!

Quaint shore hotel. Excellent staff. Very clean. Few amenities. Good location but very noisy. Hotel has a noise curfew but it doesn’t seem to be enforced at 1 in the morning after the the shows are finished. Extremely thin walls and you can hear everything. Otherwise, I would give it a 5.
