Stay where the locals stay - North Beach! Right across the street from the ocean! Take about 20 steps across the main road and your feet are in the sand.

Located on the Coastline of North Beach in Hampton, New Hampshire. This motel room is about 280 square feet and is made to accommodate 2 people. It can sleep 4 if you bring your own blow-up mattress.

This motel room is equipped with a private bathroom, futon style couch, Queen size bed, kitchenette, Full size refrigerator, 43" HD Smart TV & silent mini split AC and heating.

About 2 miles from Hampton Beach, far enough away to escape the traffic but close enough to enjoy all of the attractions. Bring your surfing gear as some of the best waves on the seacoast are at your front door.

*We do not provide beach towels, shampoo or conditioner* 1 parking spot per room. This is a motel building with 6 motel rooms. Not suitable for parties as there are other guests staying next door. Be respectful of the other guests. Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM. This room is pet friendly. Pet fee applies.

This was my fourth stay in four years and I look forward to returning again next year. The room is clean and comfortable and has everything I need to cook while I am there. Being able to walk for miles along the beaches right across the street make this a great location too.

Small but great for 2 people. We had 3 adults, doable but tight. Sufficient & efficient! A beautiful area by the beach (a quick walk across the street with your coffee for a beatiful sunrise) & close drive to boardwalk & larger beach. Tyler (host) was friendly, great & onsite.

You can't beat this location. No frills, somewhat dated and small but you can wake up and walk across the street to catch the sunrise! Very quiet in mid-October.

This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer.

We were looking for a reasonable priced landing spot while visiting the Hampton Beach area and nearby beaches. This stay provided us with a clean room with a very comfortable bed, close to the ocean, which is what we were looking for. The water pressure was great in the shower. The decor is not modern, but we are comfortable with that. The heat pump worked well to warm the space quickly. The owner was very responsive when we had trouble figuring out how to operate the heating system. The walls are thin but we had quiet neighbors one night and we didn't have a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Rundown, large hole in bathroom ceiling, front porch view of trash and recycling cans, coffee pot was still dirty from previous guests and full of old coffee grounds, air conditioner had exposed insulation all around it with no trim. If you’re desperate for a place to stay it’s ok. Could be really nice if some more detail work was put into it. If you’re traveling alone and want to save $50 give it a try, just be aware of the extra fees that jack up the price as opposed to a hotel that is more professionally kept.

On the plus side, the place was fairly clean, the shower was hot with good water pressure, and the bed was pretty comfortable. On the not so great side, the place is pretty run down with brown spots on the ceiling tiles, a gap between the fan in the bathroom and the ceiling tile next to it, and loose tiles on the bathroom floor. Overall, it just looks old and in need of updating.

This property is old and run down. Rooms are in need many up grades. Ceiling are falling apart water stains. Bathroom floors are coming up from the floor cracked and lose. Outside is filthy. Pictures on web site are misleading. Ocean yes is near bye but you can't see it like on web site. I would say it the worst place I have stayed in. OVER Priced!

This place was clean and cute, all we had to do was walk across the street and we were on the beach, we only wish it wasn’t raining buckets the day/night we were there so I could review the location as far as how crowded the beach got! I would love to come back one day when we actually could go sit on the beach for the day and only have to walk across the street to be “home” for the night. I will say the bed was very comfortable, since I always look for that in reviews because there’s nothing worse than staying somewhere that has uncomfortable beds! My only complaint (which the listing did state so I was aware, but I forgot to pack it) is that there is no soap provided for showers, but it’s not really a hotel in that they don’t provide all amenities like that, so I get it. It’s just that a bar of soap isn’t something you really think to pack when you’re staying somewhere.

I liked the fact that the beach wad right across the street. I was very happy that we could bring our dog. When you walk past the wall on the beach and it turns into a rock wall, it turns into the state beach and you can bring your dog there anytime. When we first arrived at the motel i had to go to the bathroom. When i sat down on the toiled,there was blood on the front of the toilet seat. I was very upset. I brought lysol wipes and cleaned the toilet. The bathroom door does not loke to stay closed. The bed was awsome!!!! The front door slamms closed. The only lamp in the room was really brite, needs a different bulb. The only lamp is very cheap. This is a decent place to stay, but not the best. There is a big hole in the bathroom ceili.g, next to the light. The bathroom is too small, if you are a big person you will not fit. I would stay here again, because i could bring my dog, and the beach is right across the street. This motel needs some upgrades!!!

Let me first say that this place is a little rustic, and the listing is 100% accurate. It’s fairly priced, located across Rt 1A from a lovely, immense beach. since I arrived too early to check in,I decided to scope out the beach where I proceeded to meet some friendly locals and get a huge education about the area and why it is so special and loved! The next day, I met the person in the neighboring apartment when he saw me about to walk my dog. He has been coming to the area for many decades and offered to go with me while I walked my dogs so he could show me great places to take them. 81 year old Jim and I became quick friends and he even gave me his cell phone number in case I had questions about the area. Best tour guide EVER! I needed to text Tyler a few times with questions and he always responded quickly. The bed was comfortable, and I had everything I needed. Parking is convenient and as close as you can get to the property. Walls are a bit on the thin side, but it wasn’t bad. The only downside of the area are the numbers of people who seem to enjoy using the road and beach’s retaining wall to speed and amplify the sound of their after market muffler systems. It’s pretty lame, but no matter where you stay on Hampton Beach I don’t think it can be avoided. It certainly won’t prevent me from visiting again but I know some veterans who would have a hard time with the sudden, erratic, and surprising bursts of noise.
