This was our first time at the William and we will definitely be back. With all of the options available, I don’t recall the main reason why we chose this place, maybe it was the price, I don’t recall but I am so glad we did. The rooms we very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also a nice size and very clean. The cleaning staff were very nice, helpful and polite. The most props go to the front desk staff, Ebony, KeKe and one other, her name escapes me. I’m sure, based on my experience, that they have been praised in the past. If not, shame on the guests for not recognizing them. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. It felt like we were visiting family. There is a lot to be said about staying at a much smaller hotel. We never felt like we were in a small hotel and always felt welcomed and appreciated. Room was moderately clean, staff was incredibly short and unhelpful with an attitude most of the time. Breakfast was very crowded and full but with a large spread. Fairly central to most things.
