The location of hotel be located in good place,near train station and shopping center. The facilities are new and staffs are helpful and polite. If the hot milk can be provided in breakfast will be perfect.

Kumamoto Hotel Castle
Dirty carpet, room too hot and no cooling function for air conditioner. Definitely need refurbishment.
