"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The room was extremely clean, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay. Everything was arranged perfectly, and the housekeeping standards were excellent. It made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I entered the room. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their supportive attitude and warm hospitality made the stay even more special. Whenever I needed assistance or had any questions, the team responded quickly and professionally. It is clear that customer satisfaction is very important to them. The breakfast was also one of the highlights of my stay. There was a good variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The dining staff were attentive, friendly, and maintained the restaurant area very nicely. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. "Very central, 20min walk to Kumamoto Castle, 1min walk from closest tramway station. Right in the covered pedestrian walk area. Rooms are well equipped very clean. Huge onsen indoor and outdoor, breakfast is absolutely wonderful, tasty with plenty of options."

"Located is great, rooms are clean and nice size.. But rooms are loud.. if anyone is above you, you can hear them distinctly. Had to call down multiple times.. kids jumping, stomping.. it echoed loudly.. during the day was fine but by night it was annoying.. "

"Dirty and bad smelling room Auto on/off lights look terrible and scary Shower head can't be turned towards the wall side，water moves to outside and make full of water on the washroom Toilet paper side was not cleaned at all with full of dust"
