We love pets! 6ft fenced in backyard and pet amenities.

We are running this special to help guests enjoy Charleston at a more leisurely pace. Send an inquiry and we can respond with a quote for 3 night ay $750 for January or February dates, which will include cleaning. The only surcharge is VRBO 's nominal fees, taxes and a $59 non refundable liability charge. We can can not reduce the fees that VRBO charge.Take in Charleston and its beaches. This property has been extensively renovated, with brand new appliances, furniture, electronics, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. This new property has a brand new fenced-in backyard to keep dogs(and kids) from running off. We supply toys, leashes, treats and bowls for your four-legged babies. There is a gas grill on the freshly-poured concrete patio .The kitchen is fully stocked with eating utensils, cooking utensils, cookware, plates, stemware, Keurig and auto drip coffee pot, slow cooker, Kitchen Aid mixer and etc. There is an adjoining dining area with seating for 6 . The neighborhood has sidewalks to walk your dogs. This home is 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.(most of the drive is interstate). The beaches are approximately 25 to 30 minutes. It depends on traffic, the time of day and the beach you will be going to.
We have 65-inch Smart 4K HDTV in den, with Blu-ray player; 40-inch Smart HDTV in master bedroom;32-inch LED TV in kids' bedroom with Blu-ray player. Of course, complimentary wi-fi is available.
We also have plenty of reading material in our sunroom. My father is an avid historian that is always giving me history book on the Low Country area.

Three weeks in South Carolina

My wife and I found this property while planning a significant birthday, we spent three weeks in North Charleston hosting friends and family.The property was in a quiet neighborhood that was centerally located to all the attractions we wanted to take in. The home was well laid out and everyone was comfortable during their stay.For those traveling with pets this property is perfect!! We had Murphy (our German Shepherd) with us and property had all the amenities we could hope for. Access to the garage for her create, fenced in back yard, neighborhood sidewalks and walking paths for longer walks, and they even had pet bowls and treats available.Great property and wonderful hosts!! We will stay with them anytime we are planning to be in the area.

Excellent Location for a Charleston Get-A-Way

This location was excellent for a get-a-way to Charleston without the congestion of being in the city. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Allison was an great host and made some excellent recommendations. Thank you for the wonder stay.

Cute house in great location

Had a hockey tournament at the Ice Palace and this place was perfect. Great location convenient to shopping and restaurants in North Charleston. Hotel style dispensers in the showers was a nice touch. Loved the reading nook and the fully stocked kitchen.

Charleston Stay

We loved the comfortableness of the house and beautiful neighborhood. There were walking paths to walk our dogs. It was close to downtown Charleston. I would recommend it!

Wedding weekend

We had such a great stay at this VRBO, the accommodations were great and exactly what we needed for the weekend! My kids loved the bunk beds and the backyard was great to run around in. Short Uber ride to downtown Charleston. Thanks to the great host for checking in and making sure everything went smoothly!

Beds were comfy, house was cozy and our furbaby loved the toys left out. The people with pet prior to us did not pickup after ther dog in backyard, so we did it! Other than that, the house and rooms were as pictured.

Highly Recommended

This home exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. Hosts responded to us quickly. We cooked some of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our small dog traveled with us. The back yard was perfect for him and very secure. The home is in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks and even walking trails. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

Comfortable pet friendly home

Everything was great. Allison was very accommodating and attentive. Communication was great. Well stocked kitchen with many pots and pans and more seasonings than I’ve seen anywhere. A very pet friendly home, with a fenced in yard and nearby parks. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with every amenity imaginable nearby. Easy access to downtown Charleston, many golf courses, and all of the historic destinations. Looking forward to staying again.

Cute fixer upper

Owner was responsive when we had questions. We were able to park in the garage and have a couple family members over, which was nice. Discovered that although the primary bed had been made, the sheets hadn’t been changed from the last guests (hair all over the flat sheet near the pillows on both sides of the bed from two different people, pillow cases smelled like sweaty heads). Tried to replace sheets but sheets in the closet had a lot of stains and some hairs. So we stayed up really late doing laundry before we could sleep. We travel a lot throughout the US and Europe, we’re experienced travelers. Most or all of the bedding, bath towels and kitchen towels were covered with a lot of different stains, I’ve never been in a home or hotel with so many stains on the linens. The high touch and main areas appeared clean, but edges everywhere in the home were dirty. Home needs some TLC and attention throughout, with minor and minimal repairs that have been neglected. We discovered a frog crawling up the wall of the bedroom in the middle of the night, I suspect it crawled through the gap around the front door where the weather stripping needs to be repaired or replaced. This could be a really nice and clean home with a deep cleaning and bleaching or replacing the linens.

Charleston Stay

Charleston History Vacation

We really enjoyed the house and the convenience to many of the historic sites in and around Charleston. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the area.
