The Cape Club Resort

"The Cape Club Resort in Falmouth is a beautiful property with pristine, impeccably maintained grounds, buildings, and golf course. We stayed in a ground-floor room in Building #1. Our accommodations were exceptionally clean, modern, bright, and comfortable. The bedding and towels were lovely, and the spacious bathroom had a great shower. Everything was thoughtfully appointed. Unfortunately, the significant drawback was the lack of soundproofing. We could hear absolutely everything from neighboring rooms—not just footsteps and doors closing, but conversations, snoring, and virtually every other sound. Very disappointing given the overall quality of the property. The staff, however, were outstanding! Check-in and check-out were seamless. Chris, the golf pro, treated us like longtime members, and we thoroughly enjoyed our round of golf. A special shout-out to Joe and Kelly in the bar and restaurant for their wonderful hospitality and making our evening so much fun! The Cape Club Resort has tremendous potential, with beautiful facilities and an exceptional team. I sincerely hope management addresses the soundproofing issue, as this one improvement would make a world of difference in the guest experience."

"Beautiful property in a wonderful location. We enjoyed the home and its gorgeous views every day. Dawn was very responsive when an issue arose and resolved it quickly and effectively. The property is conveniently located near the ferry, which made it easy to explore the nearby islands during our stay. We had a lovely visit and would be happy to stay here again when visiting the Cape."

"We had another wonderful stay at this Pocasset property . Our hosts, Cathy are Charlie are amazing. The home is fully equipped for a vacation, and I mean fully. There are bicycles and beach chairs in the shed. There are water toys on the outdoor rack. There are plenty of towels and robes. Air Conditioning throughout. Gas BBQ and firepit in the backyard. The kitchen has everything you need, including a lobster pot which we made good use out of. There is a Coffee Bar and a wonderful outdoor shower. If you run out of something, there is always Larry's market down the street. Don't miss the fresh tomatoes and SWEET corn at the Bogside Farm stand during the season.Get ready to enjoy your time at the beach or explore the Cape. This was our second stay at this property and we are already looking forward to next year.The house is on a quiet, dead end road. The house is also pet friendly. We are amazed at the number of friendly dogs and owners we meet on our daily walks. You can easily walk to the beach from the house. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay at Cathy and Charlie's house."

Spacious 4-bedroom Lakefront cottage in picturesque Bourne

"This home worked perfectly for my family. We were there for Falmouth Road Race weekend. I was there for 5 nights, my son, his wife, and 2 kids for 2 nights, and then my daughter for 1 night. The downstairs "suite" was perfect for my son! The deck was just lovely overlooking the lake and the hot tub was a bonus! The rooms were all nicely done and love the wall to wall windows in the dining room. My grandkids loved having the lake right there and had a ball playing in it. Having the canoe to use was great! And thank you for being pet friendly! My dog who is 14, had a great time! If I had on small suggestion, it would be the TV channels! As an older person (who still has cable) I really missed having regular access to the local Boston stations and found it very frustrating! Maybe add an antenna to the TV so those channels are accessible! While my son and his family love the lake, I am an ocean person and it was great that Old Silver Beach was only 10 minutes away! This was the first time I have used a vacation rental platform, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but it all went smoothly! Thank you Ellen and Jeff!"

"A beautiful property with a great ocean view. The house is large and well laid out for multiple generation visits. BUT, the house needs loving care. All faucets dripped. The bathrooms are tiny and ancient. The host should hire new cleaners. All garbage from prior guests was still there for 2 days after we arrived. The dryer damaged some athletic clothes. I wish i could give this gorgeous place a 5 star review, but it needs work!"

"Even better than the pictures! The house is perfect for a family vacation and creating fun memories together. Views of Buzzards Bay is always calming and makes this house special. Sunsets are incredible. The property is spotless clean, well maintained, and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Downtown Falmouth is a quick 10-15 min drive."
