Lovely spot and so nice to see the horses and farm animals.

Had a lovely brief stay perfect for visiting Waitomo caves just 10 mins away. Friendly , clean, comfortable.

The accommodation is a cozy addition on a pastoral hobby farm and horse rescue. Brenda and Andrew are fantastic hosts. The room itself has a big bed, a wonderful shower, and thoughtful snack options, including some homemade jams with the offered toast. Its location is extremely close to the Waitomo caves and district, a perfect place to stay to jump off into adventure. The only detractor was that the room was extremely hot, even with fans. Brenda actively asked me if she would benefit from purchasing an AC unit, to which I agreed that it would be stellar. Laundry is not available, contrary to what the listing said. We loved our stay here, especially because of all the animals and Brenda and Andrew, who were amazing hosts! Would stay again.

Had arrived late in Waitomo, friendly greeting by hosts whom were very accommodating showing the suite and property grounds should I wish to take evening stroll. Was an early start next morning but super easy to check out after wonderful nights sleep. Would definitely stay again if in area very central to all the activities. Thank you

Fantastic Apartment, nicely furnished. Location was amazing, very peaceful and quiet. Nice and close to waitomo caves, and 10 minutes from either Te Kuiti or Otorohanga. Brenda and Andrew were lovely hosts. The dogs were very kind, esepcially Tilly, she demands many belly rubs. The recently installed Air-Con was a godsend for summer time. My Fiancee and I had a wonder 2 nights here.
