service should be trained upto global standard, partners I am using the same standard of other Sharaton Hotel in key cities. Front desk is nice and friendly, but should more proactive, like call the customer to confirm if I have registered membership as well as ask me if I have drive and issue me the parking ticket. In terms of condition, I have to point out the shower facility, which I would like to use handy shower but the forest shower is keep watering on the top. For breakfast, the option is less, taste is not satisfy, personal opinion, but bakery items is very good. For the rest, I would say good.
