Rooms are well thought out and spacious. Overlooking the beautiful scenery of the garden and waterways. Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and 3 year old. Feeding the fish was a major highlight. The pool and sauna is exceptional to visit.

The Silk Lakehouse, Shangri-La Hangzhou
It’s a stunning property with incredible staff and amenities; very thoughtful to the tee! I’ll definitely return again if visiting Hangzhou. It’s the kinda hotel you can truly rest and reset. Really enjoy the interior too. The bed is very comfy!
