"The property is in a great location for either visitors to Hannibal or travelers on U.S. 61. The front desk staff were very courteous and efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. There was ample parking. The property could use some refreshing. Carpeting was a bit worn. Plumbing in room 309 needed work on that the toilet needs to be reseated and the tub was very slow to drain. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable."

"The accommodations were great! The location is perfect for touring downtown Hanibal. The only issue we had was make sure you dont choose pay in person as there is no front desk. Once the fees go through you recieve a text with the door codes."
