Lots of fun places to go and see. Wish that we had more time there. Will definitely be back again with more time to spend exploring the area,
"My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay at the Garden House B&B. Chris was very communicative for our check in and gave us a lot of the history of the house as well as tips for the area. That was particularly helpful as we'd never been to Hannibal. The house was very clean, the semi private bathroom was in great condition, the bed was so comfy and we were even given bathrobes! We had breakfast 2 days and Chris is a wonderful cook. We hardly used the car as most of downtown Hannibal is just a few blocks away. They are very up front that the house is home to a couple cats, one of which was our little shadow for the weekend. They are very sweet and caused us no issues, but it's something to be aware of. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay!"
"Traveled with 3 children ages 5-12. Have not seen a pool set up like this before, it was great!! Our room had 3 beds and very spacious. It was undergoing construction but that didnt bother us. It was a motel upgrading to a hotel so had both interior and exterior doors. Normally we would not have choosen this but it actually made it very convenient and we felt safe. Very friendly host and good breakfast. Go for the pool; no hot tub at this time."
