"Solid 4 (very good). This hotel was new and 30-minutes by public transport out of the centre of Hanover. The tram/metro train is close by and runs every 10/15 minutes. The rooms are a good size with large comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is great with lots of choice and gluten free options. The gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room make this a good choice for a relaxing break. We went into Hanover for dinner each day the choice local to the hotel is limited. "

"Comfortable stay despite red flags: 1) broken fridge (asked staff to fix it twice, not sure if it was ever attended to) 2) defected safe (I didn't have any valuables so this didn't affect me) 3) shower water leaks out of the glass doors The room is quite new and sizeable for my family. U-Bahn station just outside the hotel, good bakery and shops nearby. "
