Few issues….Very weak WiFi. Had to stop and start several times - start with weak signal then next to nothing few minutes later. Asked for a taxi the night before for 5:30am next morning and the front desk insisted I prepay. Next morning the taxi was late 10 minutes then she kept saying 5 min more etc. Taxi arrived 20 min late. Felt like she knew it would be late but not being honest.

I got to wait for more than 30 minutes to check in and check out since there was no receptionist apart from that it’s ok for the price.

Slightly remote area, however it was safe and the owner was very friendly and accommodating! We stayed close to the airport for a mid morning flight! Water was hot, room was clean and the breakfast scrumptious!

Great hotel close to airport!
My husband and I arrived 3am in the morning and wanted a hotel close to the airport to sleep and then wake up fresh to explore Hanoi. This hotel was absolutely perfect for it. We also had the pleasure of getting picked up by the hotel owner the drive the 5 minutes to the hotel. Nice beds and great price. We were also treated a really nice scrambled egg sandwich for breakfast and then offered a taxi into central cheaper then Grab. Amazing family hotel and really recommend!

We had an unscheduled overnight stay so we wanted to be close to the airport. The staff were excellent and arranged pick up and drop off at the airport. It’s a small and unassuming property but was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I recommend this property.

I had to pay even for a couple of pages of photocopy. Given the fact hat I stayed only for a few hours, it would have been nice to see some comforting gestures. The couple are running the hotel are nice but from an overall perspective it’s disappointing. There is no hot water flask for making tea and coffee

Basic accommodation which suited us for an overnight stay. Airport transfer very helpful. We didn't explore the area as we arrived late and left early. Communication with staff at check-in was via google translate so make sure you have this downloaded.

This place is close to the airport for people with an early flight. The bed looked like a real bed, but I'm not joking when I say there was no mattress. There was just a padded mattress-cover over a wooden platform or something, and was very hard an uncomfortable. Could you actually knock on the bed and it sounded like knocking in a door with gloves on. Definitely a convenience over comfort place, everything was clean and normal though.

Great place to stay - especially when arriving late at night at the airport. Hanoi downtown is a bit of a drive from the airport and my kids were exhausted from the plane trip alone. The people there were super nice and helpful.

If your looking for a family holiday don't do it however for a short stay while you want to be near the airport you won't get better value for money. I dent know how they do it for what we paid. The manager also does the short run to the airport so it's 10/10 for the service we needed. Local cafes and bars near the area to choose from.

The property is not in good condition. The shower was cold because the breaker for the water heater kept tripping. We were only given a half roll of toilet paper. There is nothing nearby and grab drivers don’t like coming past the toll gate. The owners were helpful, especially the lady. She was very kind. But I would not stay again.

The room was clean and had the essentials, staff spoke next to no english but were helpfull, they cooked us a meal on the spot and took us to the airport at 3.30am no problem. For just a one night stop to access the airport it was fine.
