"Champton Hanoi was a lovely stay. It has a very authentic feel to it. We had the room with city views and I was obsessed with the details of the room. The staff especially Erin were very lovely from the moment we checked in until when we left. They were very patient and kept our bags for the entire day after checking out. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We grabbed dinner at the hotel in the evening and it was equally delicious. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk to the famous Railway Cafe on train street. Upon our departure we received a lovely gift from the hotel - a coffee strainer and a small bag of coffee to remind us of our time in Hanoi once we get back home. Very pleased with the choice we made for our stay in Hanoi."
