- FIRST ROOM:
01 queen-size bed with soft mattress, a 32 inch Smart Television with cable and internet ready.
- SECOND ROOM:
01 single bed.
Smart Working desk & Dinner table.
Small kitchen with microwave, kettle, stove...
Especially, this room has one decorated SKYLIGHT at the the corner of this room.

BATHROOM has shower bath stand, exhaust fans… So it is very clean and bright, which is rare for a house located in the Hanoi Old Quarter.

Entire place is yours. It is designed for max 3 people.
- Each condo has its own wifi router with optical fiber. You don’t need to worry about the internet speed.

LONG TERM rental for working, travelling.
