Absolutely stunning hotel in the middle of Hanoi old quarter. Everything was so easily accessible - from the Lake to the train street and everything in between! The room was gorgeous and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a healthy selection of Vietnamese delicacies. Totally recommended!

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the service is amazing. It’s located in the old quarters so you need to be prepared for a busy and loud street. But once you enter the hotel, it’s feels like you walked in a completely different place

The people were exceptionally nice knowledgeable and kind. Ask Ms Julie for her food recommendations she got us a table at Michelins star restaurant within a night of my casually talking about it.
