The apartment is large for our party (6 adults). You can get to the shopping mall via the underground parking. There's is supermarket, Starbucks, restaurants in the mall.

Location is close to the Capital Place and Lotte complexes. As this type of property is not convenient for working foreigners to stay at as it doesn't offer breakfast. The food court at Metropolis doesn't open until 10am. I also find the communication with the owner difficult ONLY through email. There are Whatsapp and other apps that could have been better ways to communicate. I checked in close to midnight and was struggled a bit to open the door to the apartment as there was no instruction on how to use the lock. A regular hotel would have been a better choice for my type of stay.

Location is good, but that’s really the only good thing about this unit for me. There were tiny ants throughout the kitchen area since the day we arrived and they just keep coming back. Overall the unit is not clean and that is a major concern in my opinion.
