Probably one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and the glass house and bamboo bar are so nice. Been there twice and wouldn't stay anywhere else in hanoi

The room was clean, staff good, didn’t use the Bar or Spa, the Gym was was very basic and the one weight machine was falling apart and really useless

The staff was so accommodating, the hotel was immaculately clean, we had an issue with our room, and the hotel immediately helped upgrade our room and move our items. Breakfast was a nice selection with the front desk staff very attentive and available to answer any questions. The property is well located for exploring the old quarter. Would stay here again.
