The hotel is very cool and exciting to walk through! So much history! The staff is very kind and helpful. The bedroom was clean, the bathroom was small and had a few hairs when we arrived but was maintained well. The walls are very thin so we could hear our neighbors sometimes but that comes with vintage building. Loved the key cards!!! The coffee shop was great and the bar was amazing too! The valet was kind and helpful as well!! We would definitely come again!

The room was clean and the environment is very calm. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. They helped my friend and I find good restaurants too.

The main thing I liked about this historic hotel (yes it’s reaching 100 years milestone next year) is 2 bathrooms in room which we cannot see it in modern day hotel rooms.

Overall it was a great stay. Only a few things to note. The amenities are amazing but they're all pretty spread out and a little confusing to find. Theres a movie/theater room but the roku remote app they had for the movie room didn't actually work. Not sure if it was unactivated but we were there at 10 30pm and it closes at midnight. Basketball court was AMAZING! It had a Bluetooth speaker system for extra motivation. The music room however was very lack luster only having a piano and a drum set. The bass drum had a hole in it however so the drums weren't as fun as they could be. The shower was alright I suppose, it was very spacious, yet lacked a adequate shower head with good water pressure. But the water temp was great! Bed was fine I guess. Cooking in the kitchen was temperamental because the smoke detector kept going off. We were trying to cook bacon and the vent above the stove wasn't working. The full gym was an amazing and convenient amenity to have. Pools were plentiful and warm, not very deep though. We had a blast in the game room playing classic arcade games, ping pong, shuffle board and pool! Overall this is probably a pretty good hotel for the price. It acts like a luxury hotel but the feel of it while there is a bit underwhelming at times with clear limitations in their amenities like the shower pressure, bed comfort and layout of the hotel. The room was very clean and having a dishwasher, washer/dryer and garbage disposal was very handy!

Location, location, location! Can walk to most everything. Modern, clean spacious rooms with very comfortable and soft beds. They are a bit low to the floor but that's fine for me. Excellent soundproofing too. Never hear people in other rooms so you get a good night's sleep. Also like the tree lined streets with lots of birds singing! Many good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff.
